By accessing or using RealAroha Advertising ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealAroha Advertising provides AI-powered real estate marketing tools, including but not limited to:

Property image and video enhancement using AI automation
AI-generated marketing copy and advertising content via Anthropic
Social media post creation and scheduling via Ayrshare
Multi-platform campaign management with analytics tracking
Template-based marketing material generation
Video transformations, watermarking, and smart cropping
Automated video transcription for SEO
Email marketing campaigns via Resend
Usage tracking and analytics dashboards

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with multiple tiers. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all subscription fees associated with your chosen plan
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
No refunds for partial subscription periods
7-day free trial for new users (no credit card required)
Usage limits as defined by your subscription tier

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload images or content that you do not have rights to
Upload offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Generated marketing materials are yours to use for commercial purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Ayrshare (social media publishing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), and Neon (database). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

RealAroha Advertising is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms
